PSE SEAL Mapping (KS2) Wales

This PSE/SEAL Mapping document lists the PSE framework for 7-19 year olds in Wales, 2008. It links each of the skills and themes covered in PSE (including: Active Citizenship, Health and Emotional well-being, Moral and spiritual development and preparing for life-long learning, Sustainable development and global citizenship) and the range and understanding statements related to these to the SEAL primary learning outcomes.  Those that are not covered by SEAL are highlighted in red.

These documents show the elements of the Welsh government's PSHE programmes of study which are covered by the SEAL resources. There are two documents: one for KS2 and one for KS3. National SEAL resources were not developed for KS4.

British Values teaching resources compendium

Schools in England are required to actively promote fundamental British values to their pupils, both in lessons and in extracurricular activities. The values are defined as democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect, and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. Under the Prevent Duty, schools must also actively protect children from the dangers of extremism.
